1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored by the browser for a website. The session cookie allows the server to recognise an authenticated user without exposing the token to page JavaScript.
2. Basis and necessity
The session cookie is technically necessary for the sign-in function and security requested by the user. It is not used for cross-site advertising or marketing tracking.
3. No third-party marketing or analytics cookies
We currently set no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or comparable marketing cookies. Profile statistics are calculated within our own system. If analytics, marketing, payments, or integrations introduce additional technologies, this page will be updated and, where required, consent will be obtained before activation.
4. Browser controls
You can delete or block the cookie in browser settings. Blocking the session cookie means you cannot remain signed in. Signing out invalidates the session and instructs the browser to remove the cookie.
