Users, authorities, and institutions can contact the operator at info@bissolux.com. Communication is accepted in Albanian, English, and German. Notices of alleged illegal content should include the exact URL, a substantiated explanation, the notifier's name and email, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The former EU online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued; no link to it is therefore provided.

The operator is responsible for its own content under applicable law. User profiles, requests, offers, messages, and reviews are subject to the platform rules and moderation. External links are checked when added; if we receive specific knowledge of unlawful content, we will review the notice and take the required action.
Copyright and trade marks
Content, software, designs, marks, and materials created by the operator are protected by applicable law. Use beyond statutory permissions requires the rights holder's prior consent. Users retain their rights to uploaded content and grant only the permissions described in the Terms of Service.
